Processing of personal data
Processing of personal data is recorded in the accounting records of the company in accordance with legal provisions and is carried out in compliance with legal provisions regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. According to Article 4(2) of Regulation (EU) No 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), published in the Official Journal No 119L/04.05.2016, “processing” means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
